How this site works
Glasgow Bed Bug Treatment is not a pest control company. It is a small introduction service for the Glasgow City Council area. Here is exactly what happens when you ask for a price, and how the site pays its way.
You send the form
Your postcode, what kind of property it is, what you have found, and a phone number and email. Only we see it at this stage.
We find a technician
We look for a bed bug technician who already works in your part of Glasgow and takes on your kind of job, from a top-floor tenement flat in Govanhill to a hotel in the city centre.
We tell you who it is
We get back to you with the firm's name. If you are happy, we pass your details on. If not, it stops there and your details go no further.
They inspect and price it
The technician comes out, confirms what is there and gives you a fixed price. Whether you book is up to you, and you pay them, not us.
How we are paid
The technician we put you in touch with pays this site a fee for each introduction. It costs you nothing, booked or not. We have no link with any pest control company with a name like ours.
Where the prices and advice come from
Price ranges are typical UK prices from published price lists we reviewed, dated where they appear. We do not quote a council price because we could not confirm Glasgow City Council's current bed bug charge. Advice on spotting bed bugs and on washing and drying follows the NHS; treatment methods follow the British Pest Control Association. Housing rules are summarised from Scottish Government and mygov.scot guidance. None of it replaces advice from a GP, a pharmacist or a solicitor.
